What's the Shipping rate?

Standard shipping is free across Australia, with orders worth $85 or more. Orders under $85 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95.

How long will my order take to arrive?

AUSTRALIA: We ship all Australian orders within 48 hours from our Sydney depot, but delivery times vary depending on where you are. When possible, our preferred shipping partners are Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Below are timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking is provided on all shipments.

SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, CANBERRA AND BRISBANE: 1 4 business days.

REGIONAL VICTORIA: 5 7 business days.

ADELAIDE AND HOBART: 5 9 business days.

DARWIN AND PERTH: 6 10 business days.

EVERYWHERE ELSE IN AUSTRALIA: 5 12 business days.

THE REST OF THE WORLD: Unfortunately, Wuli is not being sold internationally just yet, but stay tuned! We’ll keep you posted on when we start our global expansion.

Don’t worry. If an incorrect address isn’t fixed until after you’ve confirmed your order, please contact concierge@wuligrooming.com ASAP, and we will do our best to update your order details.

Hmmm...Something's wrong with the package I just received, what now?

We've got you covered. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods on arrival for any faults, damage or defects. If anything is wrong with the order, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and we'll do our best to rectify.

  2. Please understand that once your products are on their way, we cannot redirect your order.

  3. Delivery times provided are estimates only.

  4. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

  5. If multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is unavailable at no additional shipping charge to you.
