Our mission is to always deliver high-quality products to the Wuliverse all the time. Of course, we understand sometimes we might not meet expectations. If this happens, email us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll arrange your refund promptly.

Why Return Requested


Our concierge team will contact you to discuss your request and issue either an exchange or authorisation number for a return where appropriate.

If an exchange is required, we’ll issue the exchanged product to you by standard mail.

If a product is to be exchanged, the exchanged product will be issued and re-sent to you via Standard Mail – allow 3 - 10 Days for delivery, excluding warehouse processing and packaging time (approximately 24 hours).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval processing. We will not exchange or accept returns after 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be permitted on discounted or sale items or other promotional giveaways.

All returns are to be sent to Wuli Grooming at A1/35-39 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015.

Cost of shipping is not included in the return and must be paid by the customer.


How do I return an item?

Our concierge team will be in touch within two business days after an initial inquiry with an exchange or return authorisation number (if applicable) as well as return instructions. 

What happens if I receive defective goods?

We deem goods defective only if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated and proven by the customer. We ultimately retain sole discretion in determining whether a product is defective. Making sure your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable is our highest priority, so if a faulty product concern is raised, we'll do everything in our power to get back to you promptly as possible. 

If you believe your order is defective, please email concierge@wuligrooming.com with the word DEFECTIVE in the subject for prompt action.

How will I receive my refund?

We'll issue your refund back to your original payment method and include shipping costs for any goods deemed defective. 

Anything else I should know?

Our goal is to display the details and ingredients of all Wuli Grooming products as accurately as possible. Every cream, balm and spray manufactured by us goes through rigorous quality control and is checked for manufacturing defects before shipping to customers. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we'll do everything in our power to make it right. Send all return items in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed ASAP. 

When possible, please ensure return products are sent in their original packaging to ensure they’re properly protected in transit.
